PBC exists to glorify God in every facet of life. To cultivate, equip and disciple the called of God toward a focused, fervent and dedicated pursuit of His perfect will. Valuing and prioritizing the uncompromising and absolute truth of scripture and prayer to the end that we be transformed in heart and conformed into the moral reflection of God in the earth. To serve all peoples (ethnicities and generations) with biblical Christ-centered, Christ-glorifying inspiration, information and insight to grow in fellowship with God and in community with fellow believers. 

This, to walk together in transformational relationship bringing the lost into biblical faith in Christ, believers into progressive sanctification and stability as Spirit-filled disciples of Christ in accordance with biblical truth, and leaders to increased effectiveness as biblically and spiritually equipped servants of Christ, His Church and the world He died to redeem. Never compromising with the culture or the comfortable, to uphold the standards of truth and reflect the character and nature of God to His Glory forever!
